bored on the train this morning i had a flick through a copy of the ibiza sun i'd picked up whilst holidaying.

i came across a story concerning a robbery. a polish chap had stolen a wallet from a french tourist. apparently two of them had done the 'cat trap', and after some serious hoodwinking, one of the made off with a bag - which contained the wallet.

anyway, the article finishes with, '..the defendant is facing 15 years and a fine'.

15 years. that's a long time for a petty crime. especially on a french person.

there's something not right there.

could be worse - he could have written articles for it?

i'll own up to doing just that. (restaurant reviews, clubbing column, news articles etc) any other takers on this forum?
