its hilarious

the funniest bit at the end is that bird laughing or trying not to (cant rmemeber her name, the hot one)
 
The only time these programs are worth watching are the first 2 or 3 episodes where talentless no-brainers like him turn up and then get all pissy when it's pointed out that they have less talent then an slightly louder than average fart. :D
