Pissing me off now like

Tried to send a mms message *(several times), yesterday to my mate for her birthday.

It kept failing (bet im going to get f***ing charged for it though).

So tried sending videos/photos to myself - somehow that worked. So tried sending mms messages to different mates - they all failed though!

Anyone know whats going on with this piece of shit????!

Just phoned o2. The girl on there didnt know what the problem was. She just asked me if I updated my settings.

1) Why would I need to on a new(ish) phone
2) Shouldnt o2 tell me if I need too!!!!

So she just said she would send me the mms settings again. They havent arrived.

(UNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone else having this problem?
 
Just to add piss on my chips even more!

Tried calling a premium rate line last night (not porn before you all say) :lol:

The number was barred.

Sent an email to tech support - reply -"Sorry about that sir, there must have been an error blocking your account, I have withdrawn all restrictions"

not anymore, number has been ported and am waiting to see how much i get back from remains of O2 contract.

like i said, and keep saying. O2 customer service is about as bright as a broken torch.

shoulda gone to orange!
