I've got one!
A radio station which is split into 2 minute slots and all you have to do is upload a recording and it goes on air. All recordings would be checked first for filthy language and then go into a computerised lucky dip. Once it had been aired it would be tossed.
There would be advertisements every hour, like a normal radio station. Can you imagine the listenership? Thousands of people listening out for their recording to air? Everyone loves a bit of exposure
....and the randomness of the recordings would have people tuning in to eleviate the dullness of their day.
It would be like the soap boxes of London....you could call it Radio Soap Box.
Go on Morbyd....make your billion but don't forget me on the way up....come and spend half of it in my shop next summer. I'll give you a 1/2% discount

You tube founders had something to do with paypal didn't they? Suffice to say they've done very well - although they've not actually established a proper revenue stream yet to be honest - expect highly targeted adverts to appear soon courtesy of google.
Couple this information with a google director sitting on Apple's board and apple's new iTV box needing content and this gets even more interesting...
and in addition google has taken over advertising sales for some TV companies in the states I think, even more interesting.
Eventually we'll reach a world where every single TV advert is targeted at us specifically via the internet
based on our current needs - i.e. no more watching of tampon adverts if you're a bloke

I do actually fear Google. It's gone from a business run out of a cupboard by some hippies to the world's favourite search engine. Due to the potential for subnersiveness on 'tinternet (just look at Spotlight for an excellent example) they're in brilliant position.
