Does anyone know any reputable lettings agents in Ibiza?

I'm looking to rent my 2 bed apartment in Cala Vadella yearly as I don't get to use it as much anymore 😥

Also does anyone know how easy it is to evict tenants if they don't pay their rent?

Also are you able to get insurance against non payment of rent like you can in the uk?

i.e. If your tenant doesn't pay, the insurance company pay the rent until the tenant is evicted?
