Does anyone do them or do you all just do the gym?

I'm not in a position where I can get to the gym every day what with shift work and kids so have been doing Nell McAndrew's two dvd's! The two I've been doing are really good workouts (I think anyway)

Did this one last night for the first time...

The choons weren't bad on it either apart from the fact they were pitched up abit! I've lost lost 10lbs though since beginning of January8)

I bought the Davina one and thats really good but I find it hard to do it what with still living at home I only have my bedroom to do it in and isnt much room to move about and stretch etc etc!!!

I know some of them are not that good but then there are ones out there that are meant to be really good.

Fair play, 10lbs in 4 weeks is pretty good going. U must be eating healthy.

I've put myself on a diet of around 1500 calories a day, as well as doing quite a lot of sports (badminton once a week, footy twice a week, gym once or twice, weights and stomach crunches)

All that from being a moderately lazy stoner :) Am losing around 2lbs a week and feeling fitter than ever.

My motivation has been (a) becoming single again!, and (b) got a fairly big gig coming up and (c) gave up smoking at the same time, keeps me busy.

Keep up the good work

My motivation has been Ibiza in June and the fact I went on the bbc website and checked by bmi and it said I was over weight which p'd me off! I'm now 3llbs of it now! Have cut out the beer completely and the boost glucose of which I did have a severe addiction too! Been doing the dvd a few times a week since January and footy every sunday again.

Whats the gig?

Sarah's got the Patsy Palmer one and it is really really cheesy! She wants the Davina one!

Warming up for Judge Jools in around 5 weeks in Liverpool...

.... Don't worry, not playing a cheesy trance set 8O Playing a Dirty Electro set before he comes on.

Don't think am gonna make it to Ibiza this yr  Been 5 out of the last 6 years..... Ahhhh I dunno maybe I will !

Now i'm in a routine of eating healthy and excersizing regularly, i'm actually quite enjoying it.

Good luck with the gig! I warmed up for him a couple of times in my Essence days in Shrewsbury. Nice bloke despite his public cheesy persona!

I'm feeling a load better for it too! The extra fitness has improved my football definitely well certainly made me enjoy it more!

The nadia off big brother one is hilarious - she wears heels throughout and does the lamest salsa dancing, barely even breaking a sweat

She has 3 out now I think all in a boxset!

I found it quite good to do, plus it covers all areas of working out not just on one area.
