working and living in ibiza ? ? ? ?

Hi, im looking to fly out around the begining of june to work and party and just wondering what town would be best to stay in for doing both of the above ? also only going for around 3 months is there anything i need to fill out to work and stay ? please give us your ideas cheers tom.

gona sound like a real dumass but i take it i only have to feel out the NIE form and only when im there am i right?
