I just had to share this with you guys, the whole office gets at least 2 of these emails a month. Well this morning was the last straw, I just burst into hysterics. Have people really got nothing better to do?

Just to let you know that if anyone is conducting science experiments you need to let us know because otherwise when I smell very out of date food when I go to the fridge it will go straight in the bin, as have a load of festering yoghurts and tomato soup this morning.

Anyone else got any funny stories about so called busy bodies?
 
Believe it or not the one Sarah that does work here is an angel.

She is the type of person who would google that just to make sure it was true so she could argue back if need be..............

But I would love to do that. I can imagine her face now.
 
Here are some others I found in my deleted items:

Sainsbury's spaghetti bolognese in the fridge...I've just thrown it away because it went out of date on the 2nd February.

before we leave, of anything that will go out of date by Christmas and anything in tubs. Therefore if you have anything in a plastic tub that you wish to keep please take it home tonight.

I've just thrown away 2 pots of Activa yoghurt and a berry Innocent smoothie as they were out of date. There is also a pot of sour cream in there with some carrots on top - the cream is well out of date. Unless you like stinky dairy food, could the owner please throw it away.

I know its always me who has to moan on about this, but lets try to keep on top of things seeing as we're all ill with colds etc. Can whoever owns the great big tub of dead pasta goo in the GI fridge please get rid of it today?
 
what is amusing about wanting to keep a fridge in a clean and hygienic condition? i'm with shelley on this - bunch of clatty gimps.
 
you could point out to her that active yoghurt is perfectly edible up to 2mths past it's sell by date!!

ate a rhubarb activia this morning that should have been eaten on jan 12th :D

If you knew her you would find it amusing. Trust me. All she does is moan and bully her way round the office.
 
I want to read these Sarah Sue tribulations! They sound amusing.

I just dont see how someone can pick about the most trivial things when all the rest of us are just trying to work, its hard enough as it is without being sent emails all day about frigging fridges and missing beakers :spank: :lol:

i know the type you mean. does she moan when people use all the water in the kettle and don't fill it for the next person????

I have never heard her moan about that (thankfully I dont sit near her, only on lunch breaks) but im guessing yes she is that type.
 
HR sent an email here 2 months ago about how toilet paper was going missing and the cleaners were only putting lots more there every evening (no it wasn't me before some smart fcuk says something) so the rumour mill was going into overdrive, i have my suspicions that it was some eastern European bloke who left a few weejks ago, stealing toilet papaer how cheap and pathetic:spank::lol:
