work and accomodation from July 1st

Hi, I'm looking to arrive on the 1st July (alone...), not got any accomodation sorted yet though!

Can anyone tell me how easy, or in fact hard, it'll be to pick up a job and a place to stay?

I'm not fussy, did PR in Tenerife 2 years ago but accomodation was hard to come by...is it the same in San an?

Any help is well appreciated, thanks. Susi xxx
