Anyone catch anything?

Thought Morillo's mini mix was very good on tongy's show. He's starting to get in my goodbooks after his set at Ministry the previous week. Also thought Cedric Gervais was good. Saw him at Type last year and he did impressed me.

I know im going to be slated here, but yet again I thought Frankie Knuckle's essential mix did very little for me. As many chances as I give that soulful sound it bores me somewhat. DJ Dan was more my sort of thing, he played some decent tracks. Looking forward to Fanciulli and Zabiela next week. Might actually see them at Ministry :D

i thought it was regurgitated bandwagon jumping nonsense... yet again, another pretty poor WMC Essential Selection. The ES in general has nosedived in the past 2 years. I rarely tune in now :(

Last year it was SOS and it was pretty good. I've got my fingers crossed for Zabiela and fanciulli next week.

I'd rather bandwagon nonsense than boring, trainspotty and obscure :p
 
aye im no pickin an argument with you ferd! I meant ES as in Essential Selection! The last 2 years Miami ES specials have been rank.

as for Emixes, I thought the SOS emix was alright last year, a bit bland in places (i much preferred masielo's effort in 05) but i did enjoy it as a whole, one of the better emixes from last year.

Ive not heard many good reports on Frankie Knuckles'
