My friend and I are interested in working in Ibeza now. Is there work out there for two 25 American girls??? If we come to the island and start looking for some bar work how successful will our search be??

You could always try teaching English if you fancy getting adventurous with kids.
There are plenty of academies and the work lasts from now right thru till the party season kicks off next year!

Hi Ricard,

I'd say that a TEFL certificate and experience is what academies are looking for, but probably as important would be experience teaching kids and a good level of Spanish. Perhaps the latter would be enough for some places here.

Let's see if anyone else on the forums can advise further.
