I'm guessing from this thread that nobody knows or cares and I have to say that I am with everybody on this one.
Just because there is some crap written on a wall and that it happens to be on a wall in Ibiza doesn't make it cool or interesting.
But hey, maybe I am out of touch with the lowest common denominator these days !

"would be a legal fraud and unacceptable misuse of powers."
In fact, remember that you can not authorize any additional activity if the principal is not legal.
The association also regrets that the project has a "great uncertainty" about the use
