- are there many shops and restaurants open ?
- are there any people or is it really empty ?

How is winter in Ibiza town ?

It is the same as anywhere in winter. Shops could be crowded because of winter sales. Most bars in de harbour are closed. Plaza del Parque is cosy.
When the sun shines it's comfortable but if not, and at night, it is chilly.
