OK, this might be a bit of a surprise coming from me but...

I'm learning to play golf. :eek:

I'm going to be training this autumn/winter at an indoor golf simulator in preparation to hit the links next season... but the season starts pretty late here (no earlier than April) so I'm considering a golf trip in the winter... probably in February or early March.

So... Is Roca Lisa open year round? If not, when does it open?

Their website is pretty useless.
 
Morbs you know as soon as your flight lands Golf will be the last thing on your to do list..;)
 
Hi dose anybody know the fees I see its 90e a round on the web site surly that's not a allyear round price.

Found this on another site "They are open in the winter from 10 am to 3 pm and also on the week end from 10 am to 2 pm and a few hours in the afternoon." Not sure how reliable that info is though.

How well kept is the course during the summer months? Would love to break up a hol on my next trip with a round or two.
 
I presume it'd be in better shape in the summer than winter as it's high tourist season!

So it's between Ibiza and Cyprus for a winter golf trip. Haven't been to the latter (and it's a lot closer) but also would love to finally see Ibiza in winter, catch up with a few people, etc. Decisions, decisions...

Do the sensible thing, Ibiza in winter is amazing :) We might get chance to catch up this time..

Positives:-
  • Gorgeous golf course
  • Booom = open
  • Pacha = open
  • Scirocco = open
  • Guarana = open
  • etc etc ...
  • Moonlight walk through the almond blossom
Negatives:-
  • The girls tend to be wearing more clothes in winter :(
