or hottest accent for that matter? Kinda following on from the post on that "lack of women" thread, and how some people have suggested that knowing more languages heightens your opportunities with the opposite sex, I began wondering if there is any language in particular I should be learning!!!!

Obv, italians the language of love, and spanish would prob be helpful when explaining myself (:spank:) to the old Guardia Civil, but will I get by on my Scoytish accent alone? Or will people just want to fight me and ask where my kilt is?!!8O:D

seeyeezawaftur!!!!!

Argentinian? Ive only ever met one Argentinian guy in my life, in a hostel in Barcelona bout three years ago, he spoke English though and I can't say I noticed his accent!!

Argentinians speak in spanish. If you don't know spanish I doubt you can catch what I mean. Same with balearics if you don't speak catalan

Used to like the Italian accent but now find it a bit sleazy.

Spaniards always have me over a barrell - it's the sexiest language in the world.
(not surprisingly tho I prefer Catalan )

...but the south American version of Spanish wins hands down.

GOOD LORDY. :p

Failing that - a cockney geezer would do nicely.

Which south american version? Mexican has nothing to see with Argentinian, and Venezolano is similar to Chileno like Spanish to French ;)

Argentinian - but to be fair, that's the only one I know.

One of my best mates is from Uruguay.

Women (and not men) speaking English with a French accent is 8) 8) 8)

Silvia - I love how the Argentines pronounce words like pollo. I identified our waitress yesterday even with my crap Spanish (had a friend with an Argentine mother way back in school)

Irish accent without a doubt not Dublin as i live here but a girl speaking in Irish language on the occasion you see it is stunning, also the Derry accent is so sweet as is the Scottish accent on women, Australian accent is cool as well, the rest i cant be arsed about.

A lot of Scottish, English and Welsh women LURVE the Irish accent, as ive found out a few times over the years ;)

Girl speaks some Irish :D (although she wouldn't really be my cup of tea)
