Who does it

who when theyre going on holiday with family or friends, puts items on clothing in everyone elses suitcases so that if 1 suitcase gets lost, youve still got clothes to last for a few days,
Tim and I do it all the time, half my clothes in 1 case half in Tims, and he does the same,

I do it. Its a bit ad hoc but there is a definate split.

We try and share a case though if there is just the two of us (we can make it if we try).

Not for 2 weeks though, hearing stories of people washing their "Alans" in the bath just to save money on luggage charges makes me gag.

I must admit, I normally use a hotels laundry facilities, I hate travelling with dirty clothes,
so two days are always spent round the pool ,while the washing is getting done, Tim and I take turns checking on the washing,

but not sure what to do this time, hope there,s a launderette near Ibiza Rocks, so we can wash the 1st weeks clothes
it doesnt show laundry facilities on the Ibiza Rocks hotel web, but I suppose most people that go there, arent concerned with doing laundry,:lol::lol:, theyll just do it when they get home

turn left out of ibiza rocks.over hill turn left when you see supermaket.theres one on that street i am sure launderette.but why should you need to wash stuff.unless your only taking hand luggage

thanks for info, xxx

Its because I HATE travelling with dirty clothes, and the thought of hubbys smelly socks in a case for 2 weeks, bleurghhhhhhhh
So I always do washing when we,re away for 2 weeks, we have 2 small cases 10 kg with clothes for 2 days in first hotel, then we have our 2 bigger cases with 20kg each,
I couldnt go away for 1 week, with just hand luggage, never mind 2 weeks, where would my shoes go !!!!!!!!!!!!

Not wishing for hijacking the OP thread but:

What is the Style being worn by the mature Male in Ibiza this Summer? As over the years whilst staying on the Island i've often purchased clothing from the hippy market, got back home only to find everyone looking at me rather strangely. Then discover six months later the stuff i was wearing/ purchased in Ibiza ofwhich everyone ridiculed actually came into fashion albeit at a much later date.
