Well played Barca...very close and if the pitch hadn't been so damn big, we hadn't run out of petrol and Larson hadn't come on the pitch we probably would have won.

But aren't you saying you only started supporting Newcastle when they were doing well? You still get the odd Blackburn 'fan' kicking about up here, steming back from when they won the league.

yeah, thats how it turned out. id never really followed premiership before, but i walked into jjb one day and walked out with the strip and from then on i supported them. i knew **** all about them at the time, i just liked the strip.

i had to take dogs abuse from the legions of man u fans there were at the time.
