Hey all,

Visiting Ibiza for the first time on 24th Aug for two weeks with my lovely boyfriend :) Just wanted to know which of the different nights in the different clubs would you definately go to if you were into dance/house music (mainly the commercial stuff)?

Are there any which are a must not miss?!?!

Thanks :D

You will get a different answer from every person on this forum. IMHO if you like commercial dance/house I would definetely check out "Garlands" in Eden on Wednesday as this is one of the few places playing this type of music. Also Hed Kandi in El Divino on Saturday or Miss Moneypennys in the same venue on Friday.

You just have to go to We Love Sundays @ Space as it's a great day/night and well worth the ticket price.

id avoid eden, even if you'd like the music, its an absolute dump. its no more "ibiza" than your local "racquels" etc.

head to bora bora during the days, el divino for hed kandi, pacha have some cheesetastic nights (in fact, bar saturday every nights cheesy music) - the two of you can go for a nice meal for about 60 euros in pacha which will get you into the club for nowt, worth remembering...

if you wanna go to privilege to experience it, the best night they have is monza, although the music may not be your bag. worth it to see the club in full swing though.

plenty cheesy things on at es paradis and amnesia also.

have fun :)

oh aye, and what he said about Space for We Love. Buy your tickets off here to swan up to the front.

Ai and what he said about Eden ignore it. We had our fav night this year in Eden for Garlands.

yeah dependant on what your after - horses for courses innit.

if your after an up front night of tunes your familiar with, not too much navel gazing & you will do fine in Eden. ok - the people in there are less clued up in terms of music, the scene etc but they still pays their hard earned money to dance.

dont get me wrong, its not my kinda place but i'm a little bit older & a little bit more cynical/jaded call it what you want! enjoy;):)

Lets just sat it makes a change to what you will here in most other places. I'm pushing the big 40 so have been around the block a few times. I like lots of styles of music including anything from chill to hard house.

You will be able to sign along and bop about all night long @ Garlands and the comedy glasses and masks make it all the more enjoyable.

Eden hosted Clinic when we were there which played super hard Techno, made a nice change, best night musically for me, but nearly empty because most people wont try something different.
