www.theupload.com - A bit less reliable, but the files stay on it for months and seem to have unlimited downloads.

www.globalbeatz.net is good, it's not free but it's very cheap, you can host 10 mixes of any length or size. Best deal is $13 a quarter, which works out at £2.48 a month.
