Where to stay ??

I hope some of you could please give some suggestions of where to stay.

I will be travelling to Ibiza for the first time with several of my friends. We will be arriving on the 6th of July and staying for about a week. I have some questions about where to book a hotel.

which is better, San Antonio or Ibiza town ?
Any suggestions on hotels in either town ?
Which beach is better ?

We are coming there mostly for the nightlife, but would like to relax some of the time. (Shouldn't be all family hotel, but also don't want people barfing in the hallways in the morning)

I was looking at Hotel Club Garbi in Playa d'en Bossa
and Hawaii in San Antonio ?
Any suggestions ?

As I said this is our first time, so anyone who wants to meet up a few Canadians and show us how it's done, let me know.

The resorts are pretty different so the best thing to do is work out what you want to do and where you'll be going most - then you can decide which side of the island you want to stay.

I stayed at Garbi last year. It was a pretty basic studio apartment with kitchenette but good value and right on the beach.

the hawai hotel is nice right on the beach and headland of san an and the bay...just had a great time in cancun with a load of canadians xxxx
