HI everyone,

I know this has to be the most asked question, but we three are poor impoverished ex uni students who are looking for budget accommodation in or around ibiza town - we would LURVE any advice on names and prices of hostels, apartments and cheap hotels (all ideally with triple rooms cos i know they are cheaper) that anyone can offer! Not that we plan on spending much time wherever we stay....we are only down for the weekend, so it'll party party party!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8)

I have looked at ur hotel section...it is very informative i must say! it just also seems quiet expensive (at least in $A) - there must be places which are cheaper or am i being unrealistic?!

I understand that san antonia bay is cheaper than iziba town...is there really that much of a difference in atmosphere and party life between the two? are the costs that much different either?

So many questions...!!! arrrghhh!!???

you probably would be better with San An for budget accommodation. It is really lively but a different standard than Ibiza town, which is much more cosmopolitan than the other resorts.

The bay in san an is nice but you might find it quiet, at least staying in the town you will find Eden and Es Paradise and the sunset strip bars.

This subject has been chewed so many times. However and since you're traveling a long way to Ibiza, stick to Ibiza town. There's no need to visit San An by night.
If you can't afford Ibiza hotels, then may be you should look for a basic hotel in Figueretas which is very close to the Town and its hotels' prices are quite similar to San Antonio. Check out this site's hotels in Figueretas.

I reckon it's quite reasonable. Booked on here last 2 years and found it to be value. I've looked all over and I can't see you getting much cheaper to be honest.

Have a look at Hostal Rosalia .. you will be able to book it online somewhere am sure if you type it into a search ...
