Where to stay for adecent price

Me and 4 friends (all around 25 so looking for a younger crowd like us)are going to Ibiza during August (22 - 29) coming from Canada. I was just wondering if any of you guys have suggestions of where we should stay. Looking for reasonably priced place, close to the action. Not really planning to spend much time at the hotel so extra features are not really that important. If anyone has had good experiences with any hotels and would like to make a suggestion it woul dbe appreciated. Thanks
 
Most places are of a decent price in San An. Although I personally wouldn't stay there, there is plently of action there, like Irish pubs and lots of cheap drink as well as Eden and Es Paradis nightclubs and good bus links / taxi links to Ibiza Town and the other nightclubs such as Privilege.

If you are looking for a slightly classier holiday with good resturants and bars without so much of the beer monster culture try Ibiza (Evissa) town and Playa Den Bossa (home of Space nightclub and the waterpark, if thats still open ?? )
