where to look for longterm rentals in Ibiza ??

I need some help of the locals because I'am searching to rent a flat/studio/apartement for next year/ years.

I'am not searching for some holiday rentals, I'am looking for a long term rental and cause I definitely want to move to the Island in 2006 if I can sort everything till than. 8)

I know some homepages of Real Estate company's in IB but most of them do only sell and not rent or do not have their rentals on their homepages. So if anybody can help me out with some links, I would be very glad, cause I could start to search ......

I would love to buy property, but at the moment I cannot afford it. :cry:
