Where to go?

I've got the option of passing through Ibiza for 3 or 4 days in July this year.

I've never been so have no idea about clubs or accomodation. I've left it a bit late I know but if anyone can sujest a youth hostel or a cheap place to stay near so lifley bars and clubs can you post back here
 
The nightlife will cost you more than the accommodation.
There are a few hostels in Ibiza town but they are probably booked out..
