this type of entertainment really only exists in some of the bigger hotels which will have a flamenco dancing night as part of their weekly programme. it's more of a southern spain thing really - try the albaicin in granada for frequent outbursts of tight trousers, stamping and guttural wailing in one of the flamenco caves they have there
This probably won't be of interest to the op (or anyone else) Los Pinos round the back of Es Cana has frequent Flamenco nights, there is certainly plenty of stamping and wailing etc.
But it's just a group, any dancing is expected to be done by the punters!
The general soundtrack in the bar is Flamenco also. (if there's nothing decent on tv)
