Where can I have a bullit de peix or

any other local dishes? I have allready tried the frit de pop, Ibizan salad, Flaó...mmmmmmmmmmmm, but I would like to know where exactly I would find it for sure. I am very interested in the bullit the peix.
I don't mind the type of restaurant, what I mean is that I don't need it to be a fashion restaurant I want it to be a restaurant where locals go to have a bullit de peix or a frit when they fancy eating it.
I have nine days so I have plenty of time to trie.
