Not in Ibiza... but I did go diving in the Seychelles. I can certainly recommend it.
If you head out of San An on foot along the beach towards the Bay, pass the windmill and keep walking past the shops and bars.
Pass the Xaloc Apt on the left and turn right off the road which leads to a small bar called the "pint pot" and you will come to a small diving school.
It would take you approx 25 mins brisk walking from the San An fountains to reach it (5 mins in a car/on a bike).
I would imagine that there must be plenty of other diving centres on the island...this was just one that I happened to spot on my visits.
