Where are the PR people at??

Where is the best place to find the PR people who sometimes give out free passes for club nights??? Also what is the best time of day to spot the PR's?? mmmmmm free tickets!!!

Afternoons on the major beaches, I'd think.
Evenings around around areas with a high concentration of bars.

PR's are EVERYWHERE. Anywhere there is people, there is PR's. Not an issue worth worrying about.

If they don't outlaw it, ... but there may be a new regulation against it, not quite sure...

How can they outlaw it? Is it due to littering?

yea, i remember reading all that!! Well then....But i agree with the flyer littering and the animal cruelty(ha)! Well i guess the pre-parties will be the hot spot for the PR'S! Gonna have to work them pretty hard for free tickets!!
