Where are all the clubs?

Hi all. Sounds like a stupid question im sure but im planning on going to ibiza for the first time (hopefully) soon.

So what part of Ibiza is central to the clubs and stuff? Looking at holidays online I see San Antonio Bay and Portinatx etc.. Which is the best to go so we're close to everything?

Maybe theres a killer hotel thats very popular?

neither san an bay or portinax are particularly central (although its not hard getting from the bay to san an town)

Do all the hotels run buses to the clubs?

no, but they are easy to get

It will be very difficult and time consuming to travel by public transport from Portinatx...

San An Bay isn't so bad... depending on how far along the bay you are, you can walk to town.

(also, aside from Ibiza Town, San Antonio and Playa d'en Bossa, there are 2 major clubs and one smaller one in San Rafael which is halfway between I-Town and San An.)

This is just my opinion, but for me the best area to stay is San Antonio bay

For a start, there are reglular buses taking you to and from the main clubs, - your near enough to San an, and the west end, should you wish to venture there, but yet your far enough out of the "mix" should you facny a quiet night... and in general the bay has quality bars, supermarkets and beaches, its generally a bloody nice area tbh lol.
