When do places in the Bay close?

Hi, my Mum is hoping to go to San An Bay for the first time this year, but she is worried that it will be too quiet and closed down if she comes the first week in October.

Does anyone know (Suepink?) when the bars and things close in the Bay, or get too quiet and boring?

She is 56, but would like Karaoke bars, 80's discos and places like that to be lively, she is very young at heart!!

I have been out 24th September and that wasnt too quiet, and Im a but worried the place will be too full of rowdy youngsters if she comes out on 9th September like she is considering.

Ive been to San An in Sept, July and June, so know how crazy it can get.

Any advice gratefully received. Is the Bay area suitable for someone this age (who like a lot going on) at this time of year? She isnt interested in Ibiza Town area, Ive asked, and she also said Es Cana, St Eularia look really boring!

Thanks, Rich.

don;t worry there will be enough places open in oct for your mum to party..sept is fine too.the bay area is fine for your mum.nip to the westend one night.there are some more older pubs she can go in (like back home).

best to show her what you really get up to.open her eyes a bit.Es Cana, St Eularia are not really boring if you stay there.(you will upset a few people now saying that).each resort has its own thing.i like playa den bossa (easy to get to airport near town.nice and flat.more international people from all over..you should pop in and see suepink bar.i never seem to get time to pop over..been saying that for 2 years... seen the bar its really is spot on inside.

anyway let us know how you get on..dont let kids put your mum off going (she needs a break to)...

Yeah of course each resort has something to offer, just she thought Es Cana and such looked a bit quiet.

She will be going with her sister of similar age, and they are like big kids together, so as long as its still lively they will have a great time Im sure.

I wont be going, my wife and I havent long got back from a wild time in Ibiza, while she watched our kids, hehe, arent we lucky! :)

Thanks.

they will have a good time then. ibiza virgins i guess they are.don;y worry they will enjoy it.Es Cana is a bit quite apart from weds hippy market, nice day out

The Bay will be fine then. My mums first visit to the island was in mid-October with me albeit we stayed in San An Town but it was busy enough!

We now prefer going at the start of September though.

She will have a good time no matter how busy :)
