whats your perfect day in ibiza?

this post is open to those of you who have been to ibiza before and have experienced the long sunny days and even longer hot nights, or are going for the first time soon.

what would you do in the day and what club or clubs would you hit in the night

Good idea, you've got the memories flooding back now.

Wake up around 11am with the sound of the Sheffield girls singing to 'i will survive.' Quickly realise i have to get out or else there will be blood on my hands. Pop to the shop to get a cream filled croissant and to top up on the fizzy juice that i only seen to drink on holiday. Off to the pool for a wake up, cool down and perv on some girls with their tits out. Then its time for some lunch down the waterfront, perhaps a toastie or light snack to keep the blood pumping for the hike over the rocks towards Mambo for some Strongbow by the sea. (obviously staying in Bossa this year means that hike will now be a taxi ride or stuble to Bora Bora.)

Tea time is Chinese Buffet, Mexican at Tijuana or someplace like Al Ayoun if we have any money left. Stagger back to the appts after 2 litres of sangria that tastes like the chefs undercrackers and get straight on the vodka and fizzy holiday juice. Off to some random hen party balcony for drinking games then down to a sunset bar to get some chilled out grooves and watch the boats fannying about in the bay.

Tickets for anywhere other than Eden or Es Paradis is acceptable, and especially not in the 80's if Calvin Harris is playing. Space is the designated choice and the funbus can be a laugh but a taxi means risking lives due to high speed police chase which always wins hands down. Into the club with a considerable amount of drink inside me, not too much though or else the night will be a constant cycle of getting lost and not hearing any music whatsoever. Dance until 5am, get a taxi home, get one of the famous kebabs, buy more drink and find some utter stinking hound that likes it rapid.

my day usually starts after coming home from the club at 7.30am - 8am (usually Pacha). usually cant sleep after being on red bull and vodka all nite. so wait until mambo opens and head on down there for some brekie, they do a nice selection from full english to fresh fruit salad. always nice and chilled down there early on cos people are usually in bed. so its quiet. then go back to the room and get some swims on to either jump in the sea or the pool to wake up a bit. have a bit of a laze on the beach or by the pool and catch some of those baking rays. its nice to go along to the beach by Bora Bora as DJ Gee plays some wicked beats during the day, get some din in playa den bossa. whatever, anything will do for din, even a scabby cat. stay by the beach for a while until the tribal house starts to kick in, by this time im well up for going to the club. so head back over to san antonio and watch the sunset at Cafe Savannah which has to be my fav bar in ibiza. love it. whilst there have some cold beers and maybe a cocktail. me and the mrs will get changed then and pop over to Kasbah which does the best fillet steak on the island. pop back to mambo then for the pre-party, my favourite nite last year was Yo****oshi at Pacha cos Deep Dish are out of this world, they are amazing, stay at mambo necking back some beer and some vodka that i have in my pocket and then head on into ibiza town to base bar, rock bar, amnseia bar and Zoo. usually well up for it then so we head on down bay in ibiza town walking past all the amazing yachts and ships. and slip into Pacha at 2am for DEEP DISH baby, its all good!!!!

Ah Kasbah, the £30 burger that gets wolfed down in about 2 minutes. Nice food in there. Does mean lining Judge Jules' pockets though.

What about some sleep?

i dont sleep that much when im there to be honest

but i sleep when i get back to the UK for about a week afterwards, im like a zombie

of course i sleep when im there, but the idea of the thread was your perfect day in ibiza, and that was mine from last year, when i went 2 and half days without sleep near enough

With no expense spared it would probably run something like this:

After a nice lie in make my way to benirras or sa trinxa (depending on whether I want uber relaxation or to people watch), grab a fresh seafood lunch, swim and relax on the beach with plenty of sangria.

Catch the sunset if I'm on the right side of the island or go for a dance at bora bora.

Around 10 or 11pm go for a big meal at pacha, spend some time on the roof terrace after dinner finishing off dinner wine and then leave the club for somewhere like cocoon... and then carry on for far too long

Get up, take a dump, brush my teeth, sweep my hair out of my eyes, polish my doctor martens, eat some smoky bacon crisps, wander around Ibiza Town looking for a slush puppy, fail to find a slush puppy but come how with another pair of flip flops, go to bed, get up, drink a bottle of vodka, go back into Ibiza Town for dinner and a big fat cocktail with herbs in, laugh like a nutter, avoid the overly tall trannies, go to a club, pay 200 euros for a small bottle of beer, listen to some fine house music, dance all night, the end.

Usually it's a day after i've had an early enough night.

Get up early and go for a swim. Then back to have a decent breakfast, poached eggs, fruit, juices, cereals.

Off to a peaceful beach like cala jondal. Bath and sleep and chill out for the day. Have a nice lunch while there, with lots of fresh fish.

Try and catch the sunset somewhere if I've time. Then home to get changed and start drinking. Out for a meal, then back to Ibiza town before heading to one of the bigger club nights (Cocoon, Space). Home then when the sun is rising or even better, watch the sunrise from Ibiza Town or Bora Bora.
