Quite simply Restaurante Sa Caleta & it is excellent!
Carl Cox can often be seen there on Tuesday evenings before he heads off to Space

one of the best restaurants on the island, THE PLACE to have a cafe caleta (the traditional ibicenco coffee was invented by pepin's dad), open 364 days per year (it only closes on christmas day)..........

.......... actually, most of the coolest beach restaurants are open all year round: jockey club in las salinas, cap des falcó in es codolar, yemanja in cala jondal, es boldadó in cala d'hort, cana sofía in cala vadella, pk2 in s'estanyol (first winter open), etc although none of them opens as many days as pepin's restaurant!! 8)

sa caleta is actually just next, where all the fishermen houses are, but everybody knows the beach as sa caleta.....
