What's open at Christmas?

This will be my first Christmas in Ibiza. Just wondering what sort of opening hours the shops and supermarkets have over Christmas, as I heard a rumour that everything closes down between Christmas and New Year!?

If that's the case, I'd better start stocking up! :)
 
the shops close on 25th and 26th december and 1st jan. no need to stock up (any more than usual that is)
