Question is, is anything else open over that weekend/ week? Is Bora Bora still open?
What about the Tuesday/Wednesday (3rd/4th Oct) after the Closings?

Usually I do! I went over in June and did plenty of exploring.
But I'm only there for 4 days this time round...literally Space closing, DC10 closing, Blue Marlin after party, Bora Bora closing, then fly home the next day after lying on the beach all day.

Pacha is open all year, Thursday/Friday/Saturday. I don't think they close for a break but probably best to check.

I have been told OXO bar on the road from Santa Eulalia to San Carlos (on the right behind a big white bar/building) is good and should be open then.

Aura in San Lorenzo on the San Juan road is nice and is open all year.
