What time does it close......

Very easy question but I just want to make sure.

What time does the West End close? What I mean is when does the last bar or club stop serving drink and playing music?

I think I remember a few years ago it being around 3 but last year they seemed to stay open much later!!

Also - is it true what I read about each bar only being allowed 1 PR person?

I find the west end fine for a few drink pre-club.
