Try the German www.muschihaus.de site. Huge amount of dj mixes by international djs.
Also try the infamous www.deephousepage.com for classic and recent dj mixes.

Also a lot of label sites host dj mixes, e.g. www.defected.co.uk, www.soulfuric.com and of course djs, e.g. www.slamminboys.com, www.curtiszack.com, www.mawrecords.com, www.stoneyboy.com....
