What music do you like? Commercial or more underground techno etc?
Pure Pacha is by all accounts this year is brilliant if you're more into big room house. Ants @ Ushuaia is brilliant if you like it harder.

Then I'd say Pure Pacha, or maybe Hed Kandi at Es Paradis. Matinee at Amnesia may also be worth a shout. All will be quite House based on the more commercial side. However, I've not been to any of these nights this season as not my type of music. Hopefully others will give you more feedback...
