What makes each club different from each other

Ive always dreamed of going to ibiza since i was little and always had a little idea what the clubs will be like, but what defines each from each other (i understand the lineup is a huge part in it) but how the bloody hell do you choose!

So if you fancy helping out give me a little description of each, what type of people go there how busy it gets, atmosphere etc so heres a little list, i tried to remeber most of the mainstream clubs but probably forgot a few!! Lucy

They're overviews of the clubs rather than reviews of night.

For the record I wrote for Spotlight last summer and was never asked to tone down any critical content.
 
Go to the Spotlight party calendar for line-ups, that will give you a good idea of what music to expect etc, or look at the Clubbing Reviews forum to see what other users have to say. Obviously the clubs vary in look, size, quality of sound system etc, but what you have to remember is that with the exception of Manumission, the names you listed are VENUES - in many cases, it is the PROMOTER of the party that determines the style of music, which in turn will obviously have a major influence on the crowd - so at Amnesia, for example, you will hear techno on a Monday, trance on a Thursday and house on a Friday, while at Space you can hear very different styles on the same day or night depending on the time and what room you are in.
