What is ICQ

It's still better than MSN. However, AOL owns it now (though it's a separate service) so they haven't upgraded the software for a while.

MSN, AIM, and Yahoo are more popular in the West but ICQ, which has good multi-language support, is much more popular in the rest of the world. Everyone in my office uses it.

Its well dangerous! Theres a program that can speciafically control your PC through ICQ. I've never used it, cause Im not a hacker, but I know people who used to do it at Uni. Very effectively, but just for laughs.

But, its like any software. Make a post about a certain program and you'll always get a d!ckhead like me slating it for some reason :D Truth is my PC is probably as vulnerable as the next one!
