What is hedomism?

I hear this word quite a lot and dont really know what it means but i think the term hedonist applies to me? Its like being mental and stuff in'it?

seriously though can someone explain it to me and give examples :)

hedonism is also a resort in Jamaica where anything goes nudity,sex,S&M etc....8O 8O 8O 8O
