What hotel is Best in San Antonio

Should it matter which hotel I get in SanAn or should I not worry. should I go for Expensive or cheap. I'm not hurting on cash and I just want to be by alot of people and party.

Any suggestions???

Jake, i'm staying in Hotel Arenal in San An, and i've heard nothing but good things about it (it's own beach, great service, own balconies/terraces, etc.) If you got $$ stay someplace like Pikes i hear!!! Anyways, just thought i'd pass on a bit of info! ;) :)
