Marantz... they are great and they are sooo beautifull ;)

We have vieta speakers and a concorde or something similar hybrid amplifier+cd

We do exactly the other way: we connect our dvd player to our amplifier and it's great ;)

Home cinema = DVD/Amp/Speakers/Plasma (or any TV)/Tuner (optional)

Not really. You have a home cinema system that it's great for video and good for audio.
We have a hi fi system that it's great for audio and we make it work for video.

Quite weird to explain in english :?

I know what you mean ;)

That's why we bought the best speaker set-up available from Panasonic cos the bog standard one suited video whereas ours are hifi based.

How boring did that sound :oops:

M-Audio gear into a nice ol' Hitachi amp powering a pair of JBL something or others. :)

its the music that counts!!! :lol:

I'm embarrased to mention my Denon separates after seeing Nish's 8O

Avantgarde Trio Classico I believe ;) 8)

(P.S. we have nish's coffee table but it's a laundry basket in our house :lol: )
