what happens if we have presales and the club gets shut down

i have presale to amnesia and privalage, and rumors are about that they may close. Will we get a full refund for presale tickets purchase on spotlight?
 
that´s correct.

If a club is shut down then any tickets bought from Spotlight will be refunded. However, we´re not expecting any more club closures this season so let´s keep our fingers crossed :)
