I had my usual, and my fave, of poached egg on granary toast, yum :P
 
3 slices of toast at home this morning.

And a ham and cheese croissant from pret's about 20 mins ago.

yep!

woulda made the usual Poached eggs on english muffin with grilled cumberland sausage with a dollop of hollandaise sauce this morn if i got up in time.

This morning I enjoyed :

. . . some Crunchy Bran , a smidgeon of special K with the leftover milk after the bran was done , a handjob from my wife and two slices of toast with Flora and orange marmalade.

Now fully satisfied.
