What do people do in Ibiza?

What sort of jobs do people have in Ibiza other than obviously the touristy side? Are there offices/accountants/estate agents/solicitors like any other town? Just wondering what the natives do out of season when us reprobates aren't there ruining there beautiful island!??!
Can anyone who lives on Ibiza tell me?

Ibiza, is like any other place, only better.

They have schools, banks, estate agents, etc...
and ofcourse bars, hotels, resturants...
