I am putting away my summer clothes, getting out the winter ones and realising I have nothing nice to wear. excuse to get out to the shops and buy everything!!!!!

at nigth having a dinner at home with the family, lots of shellfish and white wine and ofcourse the Sopranos!!!!:D:D:D:D:D I love it
 
I just made my first ever roasted duck :D

I've made chickens and turkeys at home before, but never a duck. It turned out absolutey delicious :D The missus and I ate the whole thing! (though, to be honest, it turns out there's not that much meat on a duck :lol:).

It was stuffed with rhubarb, garlic, onion and minced ginger. Then I made a gravy using some of the roasted stuffing to flavor the homemade boullion.

Saw something similar done on a BBC show one morning when I was getting myself together in my hotel room in London 3 weeks ago. Been dying to try it ever since.

I have VEGETABLE SALAD for lunch very nice, but I missed proteins.
I am watching tv while I go here and there with summer and winter clothes :? but I am also making imaginary listing of clothes I need so It is also a good time!!!:D:D:D:D
I would like to edit some videos I have from the last two years in Ibiza but I want I a want but I don't seem to get the time...
 
Oh, I've got videos from Paris (May), Ibiza (June) and Alaska (August) that I still haven't gotten around to editing. I started on the Ibiza one but only made it as far as the opening sequence. I suppose I'll get back to it at some point!

We're about to get ready to go out for the evening - first to the sports bar for football, then to a jazz club, then to a nightclub for David Guetta & Marco V. Great night planned... hope I survive it :D
 
Right now I am watching some College Football, but I have to get ready to go to some wine goooood wine tasting and lunch within an hour.
 
Right now I shouldn't be on the internet and my vaulable saturday, i'm going out later to buy my brother a birthday present and (maybe buy something for me too!!)


Then I'm working on my CV later because there is a job I really really really really want!
 
Spent the afternoon shopping, then went to the hairdressers for highlights and a cut/blowdry - got home and just having a glass of vino before heading out to Plan B for Rach's bday celebrations.
