What about the gay parties this year?

Any good news? I read Matinee is likely moving to Amnesia. What about the rest, Scandal, Gorgeous, La Troya, etc? This year we are going to choose only two nights out to party all night, the other days, just relax and beaches and prob a drink or two in and around the old town, so we'll have to choose really well.

Any good advice?:idea:
 
Matinee is still Saturdays at Space :D

Haven't been to La Troya this year so can't help on that one - sorry but if you do a search there'll be this year's info.

My friend just got back from Ibiza last week

Said the 2 best parties he went to were Matinee and La Troya (apart from the fact that his first 10 minutes of patrying in Ibiza in 2007 involved seeing a guy "helicoptering" and another scene far too explicit for this board at La Troya!!)

According to the party calendar, Just Scandal closing party was ... two weeks ago!! 8O That one was a very good party when it was at Pacha. It's a shame it's already closed, apparently. :(

And what about the gay/straight ratio this year in La Troya, Matinee, Gorgeous, Fake? In the last years I found it pretty low both in La Troya and Matinee in comparison with 5-6 years ago. I don't think I will find this on a search easily... ;)
 
We went to La Troya @ Space and to be honest, didnt really notice lots of gay people, there were quite a lot of straight couples but its well worth going. Also Heavan in Ibiza town is mainly a gay club, we went to Supermatxe on a Friday night which was another good night. Im sure if you search around here you will find some answers. And of course, there is Anfora at Dalt Villa which is a gayclub but a little cheesy/seedy for my liking.

I went to Matinée, La Troya, Fake , Just Scandal and Circoloco.

Circoloco at DC10 was very good ! A little underground and with great music. Tania Vulcano is amazing. They play a minimal non vocal house. Definitely a must go.

Matinée was also great fun as it was Fake. I tend to enjoy more Day Clubbing. La Troya was ok.

Just Scandal at El Divino: Terrible music and not that fun. A little tacky.


Avoid Anfora at all costs.

There were tons of Queens in all of these parties...
