Right, coming to Ibiza for the first time on sunday for a week with 7 other lads. We got a late deal for a week. We're all pretty much on a budget as we're all pretty skint. We'll probs wanna hit the "big clubs" on a 2/3 occasions, but other nights will want something a bit cheaper.

What's the West End like? I've heard a few different things about it. Do you get good drink offers down there? Also, are there any "cheaper" clubs down there, or bars that are open till late (2am or after)? I've also heard from people that its "rough" or "dirty". Any truth in this?

I heard of Emma you can get a pint of vodka and a mixer for 6 euros which sounds great.

Some pople hate the west end, I dont mind it but at the same time could not go there all night every night, its OK to get the booze down you before you hitt he clubs and you make your beer last a hour as you just paid 12 euros for it!!!

I know I will have 1 or 2 nights down there as I cant physcially do the big clubs evrey night!


And also, its a lot easier to pull down the west end, true story!
 
I had never done the West End before until this year - granted its not the nicest of places and if you went to Ibiza and saw only that part it could put you off......................as its not unlike any of the other "party" islands but then we all know there are MUCH nicer parts of Ibiza.

But yes the deals we got last week were mostly coming up as pint vodka/mixer and a shot or cocktail of some kind for around 6 euros. We found you could haggle. And we did even get Red Bull in one of those deals.

Go to Bar Tropicana we really liked it there, nice atmosphere, we got pint vodka/red bull and a shot of tequila each.

We just used it to get pi55ed to be honest. I wouldnt want to go there for the sole of my trip.

But it sounds perfect for you. Then you can walk to Eden and Es Paradis.
 
where abouts is bar Tropicana, trying to think.. that all i use the westend for too, wouldnt spend much time there really.

Its about half way up, actually saying that more towards the top of the "bar street" its on a corner too kind of a crossroads bit. We really liked it in there.
 
Yeah westend is only for cheap beer,,but if ur looking for a good club there head off a side street halfway up the west end and its called plastik hav some good sounds in there and a good crowd beeer little bit dearer then westend pubs but not as dear as the big clubs,,,theres another club across the road cant remember naame of it,,, will defin be going back there in september,,,,,

Yes plastik was quite good, sunset strip is lovely. West end a bit rowdy & some what lacking in class , but if your after cheap booze & women its jackpot central!

If you can stay in one night to save & then go into Ibiza town for an evening I would recommend it. If nothing else, the most incredible, stunning women I have ever seen in my life (its people like me who will drag it down)! And a brilliant atmosphere, cosmopolitan crowd & lovely surroundings. Its my fave place on earth at the mo.:)

Plastik is now near the big roundabout! Think that's the old venue!

Anyhow, it rocks 8O8O
 
We went to Plastik on our recent trip 2 weeks back, I really liked it in there, it was pretty dead but then it was only 11ish, sure it picks up after a while.
