It's a short drive. Are you looking for beaches with a high tolerance for nudity or you just want to go skinny dipping ? Ibiza is pretty relaxed about nudity on beaches away from the main town beaches in San Antonio, San An Bay, Sta Eularia and PDB / Talamanca areas. The closer you are to the busy resort beaches (accessibility-wise) the less common it is.

If you just want to swim nude rather than be naked all the time on the beach etc. you can get away with this pretty easily most places, especially when it's quiet (if that makes sense). People in Spain are not going to raise too many eyebrows over some fleeting exposure when you come out of the water long as you cover up straight away even on the main San An beaches. But there are much more relaxed places to go where you can relax and forget all about it. 'Cala Yoga' is one of those places but even there you've got loads of tourists with cameras round their necks taking piccys of the rock formations. Maybe less so in late September, mind.
The main nudist beaches are at Salinas (South) and Aigues Blanques (North East). But I've gone commando at plenty in the West and North too - Atlantis, Cala Carbo, Cala Conta (rocks), s'illa d'es Bosc, Cala Xaracca, etc. (list goes on & on). It's pretty obvious when it feels easy and tolerant - basically anywhere there are loads of Spanish and away from beach restaurants, package deal tourist beaches and large groups of Italians (who don't like it much on the whole but are few in number in September). For swimming, I've shed it all off San An Bay & Calo d'es Moro too which are very close to town in San Antonio. Just ideally be sensitive to others by not doing it in the middle of the afternoon on a packed beach with a big song & dance about it !
