Weekend Rundowns

Spent the whole weekend at my parents house cooking and being sober (been 8 days now solid with no booze )

Fri - Chilled

Sat - Domestic bliss and gym during the day, mates 30th in the local Italian, fantastic food as always, pretty sober night.

Sun - Gym, FA Cup and folks for dinner..

All in all a nice relaxing weekend except for everywhere i go or anything I listen to people are talking about detoxing...........fed up with hearing about it to be honest, have a balanced diet, eat the right fruit and veg all year round to get your vits and your system will flow normally all the time.
